Anxiety is a dark shadow inside your head. It lurks…hiding…. waiting for the perfect moment to ruin your happiness.

I didn’t keep my word on blogging and it makes me sad. I love to write, even if I’m not the best at it. Being stuck on quarantine these last few months has been crazy. From home schooling, to chasing after my 2 year old, I am pretty much EXHAUSTED. I love my kids but I need some adult time. lol. I really hope that things go back to normal soon, but I don’t think the world will ever be the same. So many people have died and so many are sick. All we can do is take care of each other!

Okay guys, its the new year and all I keep hearing is “New year, New you.” Every year I am one of those people who say they are going to lose weight and reach all of my goals and let me say this, it never happens lol. My goal should be ” I MADE IT THROUGH THE DAY WITHOUT YELLING TODAY!” lol. I love being a stay at home mom and having my three girls, its amazing. Some days though, I have mom hair, mom clothes, mom circles under my eyes and it can be exhausting. This year, my goal is to take it one day at a time, Be more positive, and keep blogging. ❤

Dear stay at home moms,

You are amazing. Never let anyone tell you that you are wasting your life by being a stay at home mom. Taking care of the kids, cooking, cleaning, organizing, it is a full time job. My husband has his 9-5 and comes home and does whatever he wants. We, as mothers, never get a day off. I’m not saying that I do not appreciate what my husband does for my family because I do. However, would it kill him to come home from work now and then and say “Hey you had a busy day too, why don’t you go and rest while i’ll take care of the house for a couple hours.”  That would be awesome. I don’t need expensive gifts or items, but a nap? that sounds like heaven to me =) My kids start school this year and I have not worked at a job since 2008. What the heck am I suppose to do? (I could finally nap!) lol jk. Maybe.
